Deposits for removals

Hello. If you are booking a removal job then, please note, we do ask for a deposit. This secures the booking.  Before we take a deposit we ask that you fill in the Removal information questionnaire.

The deposit varies depending on the job price. Please call Shelley on 0800 0487305 to find out how much your deposit will be.

The initial deposit is held by I'm Eddy Leasing Limited and the final payment is made on completion to the driver on the day by cash or BACS.

Refunds

If we have two weeks' notice of a cancellation, then we offer a full refund on deposits paid.  If the notice period is less than two weeks, we will retain an amount of the deposit to reflect our reasonable losses.
