As you can imagine, it is difficult to price a job without actually seeing it.   Hopefully this guide will help.

Step 1.  Give us a call on 077427 91139.  Shelley, my admin assistant, will do her best to give you an accurate estimate over the phone.

Step 2.  We then schedule a visit. On arrival we will give you the final price, if you are happy with the price we will normally load there and then.  

Price guide - These prices are inclusive of VAT

We charge per volume and match the prices of skips.  For example, a six yard skip typically costs around £280 (including VAT) .

So, we charge £280 for a six-yard volume of rubbish (approximately 45 black bin-liners full).  This includes all general rubbish like plastics, wood and green waste.  Obviously with we do all the loading for you so you can sit back and relax.

We do have a minimum charge of £70 for very small loads.

Please note the van has a weight limit of 3.5tons which means we can only put 1 ton of waste in the van.  The driver has to make a judgement call when he thinks the van is at its legal weight limit.

Some items must be priced individually

Fridges (domestic) - £90 - Expensive to dispose of because of the gas inside them.  

Mattresses - £50 - Expensive because of the recycling cost involved at commercial dumps. 

Sofas - £90  - These have shot up in price because the commercial dumps have to deal with them differently.  They can not put them in landfill anymore, they have to burnt at high temperatures to remove the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPS)

Arm chairs - £90 - These have shot up in price because the commercial dumps have to deal with them differently.  They can not put them in landfill anymore, they have to burnt at high temperatures to remove the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPS)

Paint - Sorry but we do not take paint tins as they are treated as hazardous at the dump.

Office chairs - £45 each

Plasterboard - We will have to take a look first to try and get an idea of the weight.  

TVs - We can't take these.

Car tyres - £40 each

Rubble (Concrete and hardcore) - This is hard to price till we see it.  However, a bathtub full of rubble is about £90

Payment is required on completion by BACS, cash or card.
