Please ensure your removal boxes are not that heavy, ideally 25 kilos max.

We can not overload the van, max weight is 3.5 tons. As the driver I have the final say on when we hit the weight limit.

My van is best suited for small removal jobs like one bedroom flats or transporting a few items.

It's important to ask yourself will it all fit in one load?

The price given is assuming we do not have to carry the boxes very far. If we do not have parking next to the loading and unloading sites then additional costs will be applied for the additional labour at £30/hr per man.

In the very unlikely event we have to cancel due to a situation outside our control like an accident, ill health or breakdown then our liability is limited to a full refund of any monies paid.

In the unlikely event of a breakage then we limit our liability to £250.00
